Job summary

HRchitect, Inc. is seeking a Dayforce Consultant to help clients implement Dayforce software and optimize their HR workflows. You will work with stakeholders to plan, configure, test, and deploy Dayforce modules while maintaining strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate has Dayforce and payroll experience, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work remotely from a home office in North America. Consulting experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous Dayforce experience.
• Payroll experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Comfortable speaking on video calls.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Remote work from a NA home office.
• Consulting experience a plus.
• Certifications such as FPC, CPP, HRIP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or PMP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Project planning and analysis.
• Project Management.
• Document configuration requirements.
• Implement Dayforce WFM.
• Configure Dayforce per specifications.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing sessions.
• Coordinate deployment activities.
• Provide product training.
• Interface with customer to build solid relationship.
• Demonstrate consistent responsiveness to teammates and customers.
