Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Day Warehouse Supervisor to lead supervisors and warehouse staff in a high-volume distribution environment. You will oversee hiring, training, safety, and daily operations to ensure accurate receiving, storage, and on-time distribution.

Responsibilities include developing workflow processes, controlling costs, and driving zero-error accuracy while maintaining OSHA compliance and safe working conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum five years experience in warehouse supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication and people development skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, review, discipline and termination for day warehouse personnel.
• Develop production flow processes and identify cost reduction strategies.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, safety reports and production goals; report to Director/VP of Operations.
