Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee an assigned shift, coordinating the delivery of quality security services on site. You will act as a liaison among site staff, account management, and field operations, while supervising officers and guiding daily operations.

You will coach staff, recognize performance, and apply discipline within authorized guidelines, ensuring compliance and excellent customer service at the client site.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs; read operating procedures.
• Background check and drug test may be required.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record for driving positions.
• Ability to use initiative within established guidelines.
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize wireless technology.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within the empowerment range.
• Prepare written reports and logs on a regular basis.
