Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Service Manager for the day shift to lead our security officers and supervise client sites. You will manage frontline supervisors, coordinate with clients, and drive operational excellence across multiple locations.

You will oversee recruiting, training, payroll, and performance reviews while leveraging BI tools to optimize schedules and reduce overtime. Valid driver’s license is required; full-time with extensive growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 2+ years managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service org
• Associate’s degree with 3+ years managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service org
• High school diploma with 5+ years managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service org
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws
• Valid driver’s license to drive company or personal vehicle for business
• 2+ years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline supervisors and security officers; ensure client contractual hours are met
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage staff; handle payroll and evaluations
• Serve as primary client contact to ensure high-quality service and protection of people and property
• Leverage BI and AI tools to track metrics, optimize schedules, and reduce unbilled overtime
