Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking store team members for BOS-WESTWOOD, MA. You will deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a fast checkout experience while assisting with unloading trucks and merchandising to keep the store well stocked.

You will engage customers in rewards and credit card programs, participate in BOPIS/SFS processes, and adhere to SOPs, safety, and loss-prevention guidelines. All qualifications emphasize customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years or older.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards and private label credit card enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and omnichannel processes (BOPIS / SFS).
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planograms; maintain in-stock store.
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and company policies.
