Job summary

The Michaels Stores at BOS-WESTWOOD are seeking a friendly, customer-focused associate to assist shoppers, manage fast checkouts, and support in-store merchandising and omnichannel initiatives. You will help customers locate products, enroll guests in the Rewards program, and participate in returns and stock replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout with standard cash handling.
• Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC survey and store feedback processes.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery, go-back, and general store recovery tasks.
• Perform in-stock optimization and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink control and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; model positive behavior.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.
