Job summary

Michaels in Westwood, MA is seeking a customer-focused team member to help customers find products, provide solutions, and process checkout with accuracy. You will assist with in-store activities like truck unload, stocking, and planogram maintenance, while promoting the Rewards program and payment options.

The role involves omni-channel support (BOPIS/SFS), adherence to SOPs, and a commitment to a well-merchandised, in-stock store environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards
• Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments
• Educate customers on VOC survey
• Assist with BOPIS and Ship From Store processes
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram maintenance
• Maintain in-stock store and perform merchandise recovery tasks
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production
