Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Wareham, MA is seeking a part-time store team member to deliver outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and maintain a well-stocked, in-stock store. You will handle truck unloading, stocking, and POS transactions to ensure a smooth shopping experience for all guests.

Next to customer interactions, responsibilities include participating in operational tasks and adhering to store SOPs. Flexibility for nights/weekends is expected in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Applicants in the U.S. must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job.
• Michaels requires all team members in this role to be at least sixteen (16) years or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they’re looking for.
• Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store including maintaining store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.
• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
