Job summary

Michaels is seeking a store team member in North Attleborough, MA to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast checkout with accurate cash handling.

You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, merchandising, and all store recovery duties to maintain in-stock conditions and uphold Michaels’ brand promises. Availability for evenings and weekends preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Support store recovery, in-stock maintenance, and merchandise integrity
