Job summary

Michaels in Wilton, CT is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. Role includes unloading trucks, stocking, maintaining planograms, and executing merchandise recovery to keep shelves in stock. You will participate in BOPIS and Ship From Store processes and support store safety programs.

Retail or customer service experience is preferred. Must be able to stand for long periods, and comply with SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash to standards.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS) and store recovery tasks.
• Support truck unload, stocking, planograms, and merchandise recovery.
