Segra is seeking a qualified Managed Services Engineer II, Data Services for a hybrid role in the United States. The role focuses on architecting, configuring, deploying, and maintaining Segra's data-services platform, with emphasis on L2/L3 solutions, automation scripts, and multi-site IP design.

The position requires at least 5 years in systems analysis or network design, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and CCNA or equivalent certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with progressive technical experience.
• CCNA or comparable certification preferred.
• Experience in data services design and deployment is required.

Responsibilities

• Architect, configure, deploy and maintain Segra's managed data-services platform.
• Translate customer requirements into technical specifications for L2/L3 solutions.
• Develop and test automation scripts for device provisioning and configuration management.
• Design IP addressing schemes across multi-site environments.
• Diagnose service-affecting conditions and recommend design modifications.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external customers; rotating on-call.
