Job summary
Segra is seeking a qualified and experienced Managed Services Engineer II, Data Services to join us in a full-time capacity. This role will architect, configure, deploy, and maintain Segra's data-services platform across multiple sites, translating customer requirements into precise technical specifications.
You will develop automation scripts for device provisioning, design IP schemes, and collaborate with internal teams and customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- CCNA or comparable certification preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in systems analysis, network design, or software/script development.
Responsibilities
- Architect, configure, deploy, and maintain Segra's data-services platform.
- Develop and test automation scripts for device provisioning and configuration management.
- Design IP addressing schemes across multi-site environments.
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications in collaboration with customers and vendors.
