Segra is seeking a qualified Managed Services Engineer II, Data Services to join our team in a full-time capacity. The role is hybrid, requiring a minimum of three days in a Segra office with two remote days each week.

You will design, deploy, and maintain Segra's data-services platform, translating customer requirements into concrete technical specs for L2/L3 networks. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and progressive experience in systems analysis, network design,

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or closely related field
• CCNA or comparable industry certification preferred

Responsabilidades

• Architect, configure, deploy, and maintain Segra's managed data-services platform.
• Translate customer requirements into technical specifications for layer 2/3 solutions.
• Develop and test automation scripts for device provisioning and configuration management.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external customers across enterprise, government, and carrier segments.
