Job summary

Segra is seeking a qualified Managed Services Engineer II, Data Services to join our full-time team. The role designs, configures, deploys and maintains Segra's data-services platform, translating customer requirements into scalable technical specifications.

This hybrid position requires three days in an office and two remote days, with first-shift hours and rotating on-call obligations. The ideal candidate has a BS in a related field and CCNA, plus 5+ years in network design or systems analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
• CCNA or comparable certification preferred.
• 5+ years in systems analysis, network design, or software/script development in telecom/IT.
• Experience designing/configuring data managed-services solutions and translating client requirements into specs.

Responsibilities

• Architect, configure, deploy, and maintain Segra's data-services platform.
• Develop and test automation scripts for device provisioning and configuration management.
• Design IP addressing schemes across multi-site environments.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external customers; participate in on-call rotation.
