Job summary
Segra is seeking a qualified Managed Services Engineer II, Data Services to design, deploy and maintain our data-services platform. You will analyze customer requirements, translate them into technical specs for L2/L3 solutions, and develop automation for provisioning and configuration management.
You will design IP addressing schemes across multi-site environments, assess network topologies, diagnose issues, and document configurations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- CCNA or comparable certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Architect, configure, deploy, and maintain Segra's data-services platform.
- Analyze customer requirements and translate into technical specs for L2/L3 solutions.
- Develop and test automation scripts for device provisioning and config management.
- Design IP addressing schemes across multi-site environments.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers; document configurations and procedures.
