Job summary

Segra is seeking a qualified Managed Services Engineer II, Data Services for a full-time, hybrid role. The candidate will architect, configure, deploy, and maintain Segra's managed data-services platform, translating customer needs into L2/L3 specifications and developing automation for provisioning.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in related fields; CCNA preferred. Collaborative work with enterprise, government, and carrier segments is common, with a first-shift schedule

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a closely related field.
• CCNA or comparable certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems analysis/network design or related field.

Responsibilities

• Architect, configure, deploy and maintain Segra's managed data-services platform.
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical specs for L2/L3 solutions.
• Develop and test automation scripts for device provisioning and configuration management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external customers across enterprise, government, and carrier segments.
