Segra is seeking a qualified Managed Services Engineer II, Data Services for a full-time, hybrid role in which you will architect, configure, deploy, and maintain Segra's data-services platform across multi-site environments.

You will analyze customer requirements, develop automation scripts, and design IP addressing while collaborating with internal teams and external customers. A first-shift schedule with rotating on-call duties is included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CCNA or comparable certification preferred.
• 5+ years in systems analysis or network design within telecom/IT.
• Experience translating customer needs into technical specs for data services.
• Strong documentation and issue-tracking discipline.
