Job summary

Segra is seeking a qualified Managed Services Engineer II, Data Services to join us in a full-time capacity. The role engineers, deploys, and maintains Segra's data-services platform, translating customer needs into scalable solutions across multi-site environments.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in CS/IT or equivalent experience, CCNA preferred, and at least 5 years in network analysis or data services. It follows a first-shift schedule with rotating on-call, and offers a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or closely related field, or equivalent combination of education and progressive technical experience.
• CCNA or comparable industry certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect, configure, deploy, and maintain Segra's data-services platform.
• Translate customer requirements into technical specifications for data services.
• Develop automation scripts for device provisioning and configuration management.
• Design IP addressing schemes across multi-site environments.
• Diagnose service-affecting conditions and recommend design modifications.
