The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills, plus the ability to configure network connections, install applications, and assist with training materials.

Formación

• High school graduation with knowledge of English grammar, spelling and punctuation.
• Experience showing ability to read, comprehend and apply written instructions; verbal skills; may substitute for education.
• General Experience, Specialized Experience, Total Experience requirements are described for I and II levels.
• Specialized and general experience details include use of personal computers and various applications.

Responsabilidades

• Provides training and assistance to users on system equipment and computer applications.
• Troubleshoots hardware and software problems and documents resolutions.
• Maintains contact with users to monitor training effectiveness and answer questions.
• Assists users by creating models, worksheets, and data files to support departmental needs.
• Performs site installation and reinstallation of system hardware and software.
• Schedules and coordinates training center activities and maintains equipment.
