Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with strong English grammar and usage.
• Experience assisting users with hardware and software problems.
• Ability to read and understand complex written materials such as rules, procedures or policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and hands-on assistance to users on system equipment and applications, including installation and configuration.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and advise users on solutions, coordinating with higher-level staff when needed.
• Create models, worksheets, and data files to support financial or operational needs of the department.
• Install and reinstall system hardware and software and coordinate training center activities.
