Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides training and assistance to users on system equipment, procedures and computer application programs.
• Troubleshoots hardware and software problems and assists users in resolving issues.
• Maintains contact with users to monitor training effectiveness and respond to questions.
• Assists users by creating models, worksheets, and data files to support financial or operational requirements.
• Performs on-site installation and reinstallation of system hardware and software.
• Schedules and coordinates training centre activities and maintains inventory.
