Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with strong English grammar and verbal skills.
• At least two years total experience, including one year creating training materials and providing technical instructions.
• Experience with personal computers, peripheral equipment and a variety of applications.

Responsibilities

• Provides training and assistance to users on system equipment, procedures and applications.
• Troubleshoots hardware and software problems and documents resolutions for future reference.
• Maintains contact with users to monitor training effectiveness and supports development of training materials.
• Performs work-site installation and reinstallation of system hardware and software and coordinates training center activities.
