Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Train users on system equipment and proprietary applications, including installation and configuration.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and guide users to solutions.
- Assist users with network settings and VPN configurations for department systems.
- Create and update training outlines, lesson plans, and informational materials.
- Document issues and resolutions and share best practices for future reference.
- Support training center activities, including inventory, scheduling, and expenditures.
