Job summary

Oscar Health seeks an Associate, Inquiries and Investigations to join our Provider Data Operations team in Tempe. You will manage cross-functional implementations, drive data-driven process improvements, and handle complex escalations to ensure directory accuracy and filing submissions.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Provider Data Operations. The role is hybrid based in Tempe, requiring 3 days in-office per week with Thursdays fixed in-office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years commensurate experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience in payer or provider healthcare contracting, provider network management, healthcare operations, or related field.
• 2+ years using data software such as Excel, SQL or other data analytics tools.
• 2+ years of end-to-end project management.
• 2+ years designing and improving workflows and accompanying operating and technical procedures.
• 2+ years in developing and presenting information and recommendations to Senior Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects, including plan creation and stakeholder engagement.
• Evaluates departmental performance by analyzing data to inform tech-enabled solutions and key metrics.
• Collaborates with leadership and stakeholders to investigate risks and implement continuous improvement plans.
• Mentors team members and promotes growth, driving operational efficiency.
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
