Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, data analysis, or healthcare consulting.
• 3+ years coordinating project plans with internal/external stakeholders.
• 3+ years designing and improving workflows with procedures and tooling.
• Experience solving complex business challenges and communicating insights.
• 2+ years using SQL to analyze large data sets.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement training.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads and collaborates on problem definition, acute error remediation, and root cause solution development.
• Uses data to drive business decisions to impact cross-functional strategy.
• Develops trusting relationships with relevant internal/external stakeholders through effective communication, collaboration and positive outcomes.
• Supports Oscar team members through knowledge sharing, process documentation, and tooling development.
• Other duties as assigned.
