Job summary

Oscar is hiring an Associate, Inquiries and Investigations, to join the Provider Data Operations team in Tempe. The role focuses on solving data process challenges, leading implementations, and producing accurate directory data and submissions.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Provider Data Operations, with a hybrid schedule requiring 3 days in-office per week. Base pay ranges from $87,188 to $114,434 annually, with benefits and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years in payer/provider healthcare contracting or related field.
• 2+ years using data tools such as Excel or SQL.
• 2+ years end-to-end project management.
• 2+ years designing and improving workflows and procedures.
• 2+ years presenting information to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects to enhance processes and data corrections.
• Evaluates departmental performance by analyzing data to inform tech-enabled solutions and metrics.
• Investigates risks and escalations with leadership and across teams for continuous improvement to production release.
• Mentors team members and promotes professional growth while driving collaboration.
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
