Job summary

Oscar is hiring an Associate, Inquiries and Investigations to join our Provider Data Operations team. You will lead cross-functional implementations, drive data corrections, and enhance directory accuracy and filing submissions.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Provider Data Operations. This is a remote role open to candidates in Dallas, TX, with potential future hybrid office presence. Base pay ranges from $87,188 to $114,434 per year, plus benefits and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of commensurate experience.
• 3+ years in payer/provider healthcare contracting, provider network management, or related field.
• 2+ years using data software such as Excel, SQL, or similar tools.
• 2+ years of end-to-end project management experience.
• 2+ years designing and improving workflows and standing up procedures.
• 2+ years developing and presenting information to Senior Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional implementations and projects, including plan creation and stakeholder engagement.
• Evaluate departmental performance by analyzing data to inform technology-enabled solutions.
• Investigate risks and escalations with leadership and partner teams for continuous improvements.
• Mentor team members and promote growth while driving operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
