Job summary

Oscar is seeking an Associate, Inquiries and Investigations to join our Provider Data Operations team. You will work across functions to resolve data process challenges, lead implementations, and correct data to improve directory accuracy and filing submissions.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Provider Data Operations. This remote role is open to candidates in Atlanta, GA, with potential future hybrid options and a base pay of $87,188–$114,434 per year plus benefits and incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of commensurate experience.
• 3+ years in payer or provider healthcare contracting or related field.
• 2+ years using data software such as Excel, SQL or other analytics tools.
• 2+ years end-to-end project management.
• 2+ years designing and improving workflows and procedures.
• 2+ years presenting information to Senior Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cross-functional implementations to improve directory accuracy and filing submissions.
• Evaluate performance by analyzing data to inform technology-enabled solutions and metrics.
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to investigate risks and drive improvements through production releases.
• Mentor team members and promote professional growth to boost operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
