Cambia Health invites a Manager, Data Governance Access & Provisioning to lead enterprise‑wide access provisioning for the Cambia Data Platform on Snowflake. You will drive secure, compliant access via RBAC and manage governance tech with hands‑on expertise in Snowflake and related tools.

You will lead a team of engineers and contractors, developing policies and automation to improve efficiency while balancing security, compliance, and business enablement across multiple operating units and

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 5+ years in IAM or data governance tech management
• 3+ years of people management experience leading technical teams
• Hands‑on experience with RBAC and enterprise access provisioning at scale

Responsabilidades

• Manage enterprise‑wide access provisioning operations for the Cambia Data Platform on Snowflake via RBAC
• Oversee data governance tech platforms including catalogs, lineage tools, and security controls
• Develop and enforce access provisioning policies meeting regulatory and internal security requirements
• Identify process improvements and automation strategies to raise efficiency and reduce risk
• Directly manage FTE and contractors, conducting performance evaluations and development
• Build relationships with IT, Security, Compliance, Privacy and business units to align provisioning with needs
