Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Manager, Data Governance Access & Provisioning to lead enterprise-wide access provisioning operations on the Cambia Data Platform (Snowflake). This role focuses on secure RBAC, governance technologies, and cross-functional collaboration across IT, Security, Compliance, and business units.

You will manage a team (FTE and contractors), drive policy development, and partner with governance leadership to advance access management maturity while balancing security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, Data Management, or related technical field, and 5+ years in IAM and/or data governance tech management.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading technical teams, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise-wide access provisioning operations for the Cambia Data Platform on Snowflake, ensuring secure, compliant access through RBAC frameworks.
• Oversee data governance technology platforms including access control systems, data catalogs, lineage tools, and security controls, with hands-on contribution to configuration and optimization.
• Develop, implement, and enforce access provisioning policies, procedures, and standards while ensuring regulatory compliance and internal security policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation strategies to enhance provisioning efficiency and reduce risk.
