Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Manager, Data Governance Access & Provisioning to lead enterprise-wide access provisioning for the Cambia Data Platform on Snowflake. The role demands hands-on RBAC work, governance tooling, and leadership of both FTE and contractors.

You will drive policy development, platform optimization, and collaboration with IT, Security, and Compliance to balance security with business enablement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years IAM/data governance experience; 3+ years people management or equivalent.
• Experience with RBAC systems, specifically Snowflake RBAC, and large-scale access provisioning.
• Strong knowledge of cloud data platforms, governance tech, and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise-wide access provisioning operations for the Cambia Data Platform on Snowflake.
• Oversee data governance platforms and provide hands-on configuration and optimization.
• Develop and enforce access provisioning policies compliant with regulations.
• Identify process improvements and automation to boost efficiency and reduce risk.
• Directly manage FTE and contractor resources, with coaching and development.
• Build relationships across IT, Security, Compliance, Privacy, and business units.
• Develop strategic plans balancing operational needs with initiatives and hands-on delivery.
• Partner with data governance leadership to advance access management maturity.
