Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions seeks a Manager of Data Governance Access & Provisioning to lead enterprise-wide access provisioning for the Cambia Data Platform on Snowflake. You will drive secure RBAC-based access, governance tech, and policy enforcement while managing a diverse team of FTEs and contractors.

You will partner with IT, Security, and Compliance to advance governance maturity, optimize provisioning workflows, and align with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, Data Management, or related technical field, and 5+ years in IAM and/or data governance tech management.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading technical teams, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise-wide access provisioning operations for the Cambia Data Platform on Snowflake, ensuring secure, compliant access through RBAC frameworks.
• Oversee data governance technology platforms including access control systems, data catalogs, lineage tools, and security controls, with hands-on contribution.
• Develop, implement, and enforce access provisioning policies, procedures, and standards while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation to enhance provisioning efficiency and reduce risk.
• Directly manage team members—FTE and contractors—responsible for provisioning operations and governance tech.
• Build relationships with IT, Security, Compliance, Privacy, and business units to align access provisioning with business needs.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for provisioning operations and governance technology while balancing demands.
• Partner with data governance leadership to advance access management maturity across the enterprise.
