Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking a Manager, Data Governance Access & Provisioning to lead enterprise-wide access provisioning on the Cambia Data Platform using Snowflake RBAC. You will guide governance technologies, enforce policies, and drive automation while managing a team of security and data professionals.

You’ll partner with IT, Security, Compliance, and business units to ensure secure, compliant access across the enterprise, balancing operational needs with strategic governance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, Data Management, or related technical field.
• 5+ years in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and/or data governance technology management.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise-wide access provisioning operations for the Cambia Data Platform on Snowflake, ensuring secure, compliant access through RBAC frameworks.
• Oversee data governance technology platforms including access control systems and data catalogs, and contribute to configuration and optimization.
• Develop and enforce access provisioning policies, ensuring regulatory and internal security compliance.
• Identify process improvements and automation strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce risk; track KPIs for operations.
• Directly manage team members (FTE and contractors) including performance evaluations and development.
• Build relationships with IT, Security, Compliance, Privacy, and business units to align provisioning with needs and security.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for access provisioning and governance technologies, balancing execution with initiatives.
• Partner with data governance leadership to advance maturity and integration of governance tools enterprise-wide.
