Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and IAM/data governance tech experience.
• Hands-on RBAC implementation in Snowflake and provisioning workflows.
• Experience with cloud governance platforms and data catalogs.
• Strong project management and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead access provisioning operations for the Cambia Data Platform on Snowflake.
• Develop policies and ensure compliance with security requirements.
• Optimize governance tech platforms and automate provisioning processes.
• Manage FTE and contractor resources and mentor the team.
