Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking a Manager of Data Governance Access & Provisioning to lead enterprise access provisioning on the Cambia Data Platform, with hands-on RBAC work in Snowflake and governance tooling. You will guide policy, automation, and cross-functional collaboration to balance security with business enablement.

This hybrid role spans multiple locations and teams. The position requires strong IAM expertise, data governance experience, and proven leadership to drive initiatives and mature

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, Data Management, or related technical field.
• 5+ years in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and/or data governance technology management.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise-wide access provisioning operations for the Cambia Data Platform on Snowflake.
• Oversee data governance technology platforms including access control systems and data catalogs.
• Develop and enforce access provisioning policies and standards with regulatory compliance.
• Lead and develop technical teams, including FTE and contractor resources.
• Partner with stakeholders across IT, Security, Compliance, Privacy, and business units.
