Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Manager, Data Governance Access & Provisioning to lead enterprise-wide data access provisioning and governance technology management on the Cambia data platform.

You will drive secure RBAC implementations (Snowflake RBAC), manage IAM practices, and lead a team of FTEs and contractors while partnering with IT, Security, Compliance and Business units to balance security with enablement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, Data Management, or related field with 5+ years IAM and/or data governance technology management.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading technical teams, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise-wide access provisioning operations for the Cambia Data Platform on Snowflake with RBAC.
• Oversee data governance technology platforms including access control systems, data catalogs, lineage tools, and security controls.
• Develop, implement, and enforce access provisioning policies ensuring regulatory compliance and internal security policies.
• Directly manage team members (FTE and contractors) responsible for access provisioning operations.
• Build relationships with IT, Security, Compliance, Privacy, and business units to align provisioning with business needs.
