Cambia Health Solutions seeks a Manager of Data Governance Access & Provisioning to lead enterprise-wide access provisioning for the Cambia Data Platform on Snowflake. You will drive secure, compliant access through RBAC frameworks and governance technology management.

As a people leader, you will manage both FTE and contractor resources, partnering with IT, Security, Compliance, and business units to align access with policy and business needs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in IAM and/or data governance tech.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading technical teams.
• Experience with Snowflake RBAC and enterprise access provisioning.

Responsabilidades

• Manage enterprise-wide access provisioning operations for the Cambia Data Platform on Snowflake.
• Oversee governance tech platforms including access control systems, data catalogs, lineage tools and security controls.
• Develop and enforce access provisioning policies, procedures, and standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation strategies to enhance access provisioning efficiency and reduce risk.
• Directly manage team members—including FTE and contractor resources—responsible for access provisioning operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across IT, Security, Compliance, Privacy, and business units.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for access provisioning operations and governance technology.
• Partner with data governance leadership to advance access management maturity.
• Provide direction to your team and foster a positive, growth-oriented environment.
