Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Manager of Data Governance Access & Provisioning to lead enterprise-wide access provisioning on Snowflake RBAC and related governance tools, ensuring secure and compliant access across the organization.

You will mentor a technical team of FTE and contractors, collaborating with IT, Security, Compliance, Privacy and business units to balance security with operational efficiency and drive governance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field with 5+ years IAM/data governance experience.
• 3+ years of people management leading technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise-wide access provisioning on Snowflake RBAC.
• Oversee data governance platforms and catalogs.
• Develop and enforce access provisioning policies.
• Identify automation to improve provisioning efficiency.
• Directly manage FTE and contractor resources.
• Build relationships with IT, Security, Compliance, Privacy, and business units.
• Execute strategic plans for provisioning operations.
• Partner with data governance leadership to mature access management.
