Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions seeks a Manager, Data Governance Access & Provisioning to lead enterprise-wide access provisioning for the Cambia Data Platform on Snowflake, ensuring secure, compliant access through RBAC frameworks.

You will oversee governance platforms, enforce policies, and drive improvements while managing a team of FTEs and contractors in a collaborative, high-demand environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, Data Management, or related technical field, plus 5+ years IAM/data governance tech management.
• 3+ years of people management leading technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise-wide access provisioning for Cambia Data Platform on Snowflake with RBAC focus.
• Oversee data governance platforms like access control, data catalogs, lineage tools, and security controls.
• Develop and enforce access provisioning policies compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Identify process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Directly manage FTE and contractor resources, with performance coaching.
• Build relationships across IT, Security, Compliance, Privacy, and business units.
• Develop strategic plans for access provisioning operations and governance tech.
• Partner with data governance leadership to advance maturity across the enterprise.
