Job summary

Fivetran is expanding its Business Development team. The SDR will manage inbound leads and help shape outbound strategy, while coordinating with Sales Directors and Account Executives. Role is based in Austin with 2–3 days in office.

Qualifications

• Inbound or outbound sales or sales development experience (1+ years).
• Strong verbal and written communication; collaborative in fast-paced environments.
• Efficient at inbox zero and high-volume handling.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads from growth and enterprise segments; set meetings for Sales Directors and Account Executives.
• Help define outbound strategy across channels.
