Job summary

Future is expanding its coach-led health experience, and we are seeking a Health Coach to own a caseload of members from onboarding through 90‑day milestones, using data to guide personalized plans across fitness, nutrition, sleep, and recovery.

This is a 1099 engagement with high-touch coaching delivered through virtual sessions and messaging, leveraging AI tools and our Clinical Team for support and guidance.

Qualifications

• NBC-HWC certification required as core behavior-change credential.
• Associate’s degree or higher or equivalent path to coaching certification.
• 2+ years of client-facing coaching or training experience, able to run a member session on day one.

Responsibilities

• Own your members' experience end to end from onboarding through their 90‑day milestone and beyond, ensuring each member is personally known.
• Coach live and asynchronously via virtual sessions and messaging, keeping communication warm, timely, and clear.
• Translate goals and data into personalized plans across fitness, nutrition, sleep, and recovery with AI tooling support.
