Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Customer Solutions Architect in Austin to partner with the Sales Director and Solutions Architect to maximize value from dbt Cloud deployments. You will monitor an existing book, lead technical discussions, and uncover challenges through live demos and workshops.

This role emphasizes customer success and renewal growth, with a strong voice for customer feedback. This position is based in Austin with a hybrid work model (2–3 days in office).

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a post‑sales role, such as a technical account manager or CSE.
• Solid understanding of modern data warehousing architectures, the analytics stack, and SQL proficiency.
• Willingness to travel and present to external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Commercial or Enterprise customers and monitor account health, adoption, and usage.
• Build strong relationships with technical stakeholders to drive retention and expansion.
• Educate customers on new products and features and run live demos or workshops.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors and Solutions Architects on renewals and account strategy.
• Be the voice of the customer in product discussions and help improve processes.
