Job summary

Fivetran, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a Customer Solutions Architect to guide existing customers in maximizing dbt Cloud value. You will lead technical discussions, run live demos, and deliver workshops to drive renewal and expansion with the Sales Directors and Solutions Architects.

You will be based in Austin, with in-office presence two days per week, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and feedback loops into product.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a post-sales role such as technical account manager or CSE.
• Strong understanding of modern data warehousing architectures and the analytics stack.
• Experience presenting to diverse stakeholders and in external-facing roles.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced customer conversations.
• Willingness to travel to events and customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Commercial or Enterprise customers and monitor account health, adoption and usage to spot expansion or churn risks.
• Build strong relationships with technical stakeholders to understand analytics needs and map dbt Cloud value.
• Educate customers about new features and products as they release.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors and Solutions Architects on renewals and lifecycle planning.
• Advocate for the customer in product discussions and help improve internal processes.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and create external content like blogs or tutorials.
