Job summary

Fivetran seeks a Customer Solutions Architect based in Austin to maximize value from dbt Cloud deployments. You will manage existing accounts, lead technical discussions, and drive renewal and expansion with Sales Directors and Solutions Architects. You will also help shape product with the voice of the customer and contribute to playbooks.

The role emphasizes live demos, workshops, and knowledge sharing, with two in-office days per week in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a post-sales role (e.g., technical account manager or CSE).
• Strong data warehousing, analytics stack, and SQL proficiency.
• Comfort presenting to stakeholders; external-facing experience preferred.
• Able to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Willingness to travel for external/internal events.
• Be a team player and collaborate with Sales Directors and Solutions Architects.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Commercial/Enterprise customers and monitor health and adoption.
• Build relationships with technical stakeholders to drive expansion and retention.
• Educate customers on new/dbt Cloud features and best practices.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors and Solutions Architects on renewals.
• Provide voice of the customer in product discussions and contribute to processes.
• Create external content and participate in knowledge sharing.
• Deliver live demos and technical workshops.
