Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Customer Solutions Architect to help current customers maximize value from dbt Cloud deployments, in partnership with Sales Directors and Solutions Architects. You will monitor an existing book of business, lead technical discussions, and show how dbt Cloud meets customer needs through live demos and workshops.

You’ll drive renewal and expansion, advocate for customers in product discussions, and contribute to processes as part of the growing Customer Solutions Architect

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a post-sales role such as technical account manager or CSE.
• Solid technical background with data warehousing architectures, analytics stack, and SQL proficiency.
• Comfort presenting to various stakeholders in externally facing role.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and adapt in customer conversations.
• Desire to be part of a team and collaborate with Sales Directors and Solutions Architects.
• Willingness to travel to events and customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Commercial or Enterprise customers and monitor health, adoption, and utilization to identify expansion or churn risks.
• Build relationships with key technical stakeholders to understand analytics needs and how dbt Cloud can help.
• Educate customers on new products and features as they are launched.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors and Solutions Architects on accounts and renewals processes.
• Be the voice of the customer in product discussions and help improve cross-functional collaboration.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements across the team.
• Create and deliver external facing content through live events, blogs, tutorials, or other media.
