Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Turnover Manager for an onsite data center project in Robstown, TX. You will lead a diverse team, drive field verification, and coordinate turnover packages for final handover to the CQV team, guided by the P6 schedule.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in turnover on pharma/biotech or data center projects, strong cross-discipline coordination, and the ability to work onsite with PPE. Travel between sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a construction or engineering field.
• 6+ years of Construction Turnover experience on Pharma/Biotech or Data Center projects.
• Experience leading walkdowns with sub-contractors and clients to drive punch list closure.
• Supervisory experience with cross-discipline coordination and standardization of turnover processes.
• Onsite daily work for duration of project with PPE and physical requirements.
• OSHA 10 certification and GDP awareness are preferred.
• Experience implementing turnover programs across multiple sites.
• Ability to read and interpret P&ID's, line diagrams, and CSA drawings; travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead turnover activities and field verification for complex systems.
• Coordinate with construction, CQV, and client personnel to ensure timely turnover.
• Manage punch lists, documentation, and system testing reviews.
• Standardize turnover programs across sites and align with P6 schedules.
