Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Turnover Manager for an onsite data center project in Robstown, TX. You will lead field verification and turnover activities, coordinating with construction, CQV, and client teams to ensure complete, compliant turnover packages and documentation.

Ideal candidates will have 6+ years turnover experience in pharma/biotech or data centers, OSHA 10, and the ability to standardize processes across multiple sites while onsite for the duration of the work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM or engineering or equivalent
• 6+ years turnover experience on pharma/biotech or data center projects
• Lead walkdowns with sub-contractors and clients to drive punch list closure
• Supervisory cross-discipline coordination experience
• Able to spend continuous hours on active construction site with PPE
• Onsite for the duration of the project
• OSHA 10 certification and GDP familiarity
• Experience standardizing turnover programs across multiple sites
• Ability to read P&ID, line diagrams, CSA drawings

Responsibilities

• Manage field verification and documentation of installed systems via walkdown activities
• Coordinate turnover packages and testing documentation with CQV, controls, and client teams
• Implement standardized turnover programs across multiple sites
• Ensure timely transfer of systems to clients per project schedule
