Job summary

Jacobs seeks a Turnover Manager for an onsite data center project in Robstown, TX. You will lead a diverse team, coordinate field verification and documentation of installed systems, and drive turnover activities with CQV and project controls teams.

The role requires 6+ years in turnover on pharma/biotech or data center projects, on-site presence, and ability to read P&IDs and drawings. Base salary ranges from $105,200 to $144,700 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of Construction Turnover experience on Pharma/Biotechnology projects, Data Center projects or equivalent.
• Experience leading walkdowns with sub-contractors and clients to drive punch list closure.
• Experience of success in a supervisory role, with a focus on cross-discipline coordination.
• OSHA 10 Certification and GDP familiarity.
• Experience implementing turnover programs across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team and coordinate field verification and documentation of systems installed by Construction.
• Guide walkdown activities on an active construction site and supervise subcontractor and client personnel.
• Ensure adherence to testing and documentation requirements and complete pre-commissioning activities.
• Utilize ACC platform for punchlist, testing reviews, and turnover package assembly.
• Coordinate with project controls and construction teams for final turnover to CQV per the P6 schedule.
