Qualifications

• 7+ years in data center or IT infrastructure operations.
• 4+ years leading technical or operations teams.
• Proven ability to hire, coach, and retain talent.
• Strong workforce planning and shift-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and inspire a high-performing technical team through trust, inclusion, accountability, safety, and continuous learning.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and hire data center technicians in a competitive market.
• Lead onboarding experiences through training, mentoring, and early-career support.
• Develop talent and future leaders via coaching, career planning, and growth opportunities.
• Own workforce planning aligning staffing, shifts, and coverage with customer needs.
• Manage ramp-up and ramp-down for large projects while adapting to changes.
• Drive operational excellence across installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Champion safety, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across all activities.
• Lead incident response and escalations with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Build strong customer and cross-functional partnerships to ensure reliable data center operations.
