Qualifications

• Seven plus years in data center operations, IT infrastructure, or a similar technical environment.
• Four plus years of direct people-management experience leading technical or operations teams.
• Experience hiring, coaching, developing, and retaining technical talent.

Responsibilities

• Build and inspire a high-performing technical team through trust, inclusion, accountability, safety, and continuous learning.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract, assess, and hire data center technicians.
• Lead onboarding through practical training, mentoring, and early-career support.
• Develop technical talent and future leaders via coaching, career planning, and recognition.
• Own workforce planning by aligning staffing, skills, shifts, and coverage with needs.
